Bugan Villa is a world class, five star contemporary resort, comprising 4 spacious three-bedroom villas, set in idyllic landscaped gardens with lotus ponds and private pools. Located in Petitenget, Seminyak, it is only ten minutes walk from the beach, shops and fine dining restaurants. This unique concept gives our owners and guests a sense of privacy and ultimate luxury, superior to a hotel room environment, while having close access to all the facilities Seminyak has to offer.
Bugan Villa uses the highest quality building materials, both stone and wood. Each villa boasts its own private pool, Jacuzzi and three spacious master bedrooms with full size indoor marble bathrooms and outdoor showers, giving our owners and guests the relaxing feeling of bathing in luxury or having a shower whilst gazing into the open sky. The scale of the villas is truly impressive.
Location
Located in Seminyak, away from the dizzy rush and bustle of Kuta - Bali, yet still near to the exciting shopping, restaurants and nightspots. Seminyak is the preferred destination for many tourists and expatriates in the Asia Pacific region who regularly return to Bali for work, holiday or simply to live.
Bugan Villa, which has grown to be one of the best known and most reputable developments on the island, lies in the center of the Seminyak hub. Only a short walk from Bugan Villa, you will find a selection of world class restaurants such as Ku De Ta, La Luociola, The Living Room, and Hu’u Bar and Restaurant. Strolling along the beach that stretches as far as the eye can see and enjoying the unique ambiance of Bali is an unforgettable experience.
Our villa accommodation is within easy walking distance to Seminyak Beach and only a 10 minutes form Kuta, a center for entertainment, dining, fashion and shopping as well as home to world famous boutique hotels and villas, 5 minutes from Seminyak offers a wide range of clubs and cafés where people can meet and enjoy themselves and 15 minute drive from Bali International Airport.
Bedrooms
The soft lighting and high ceilings create an intimate atmosphere. The furniture pack includes a black solid timber king size bed with night tables and a cream colored bed box. Soft lighting lends romance to the elegantly furnished bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own full sized private bathroom with indoor/outdoor showers and marble bath tubs, decorated with plants to give a natural feeling of bathing in the outdoors under a waterfall. Guests and owners can rest while enjoying the view of the peaceful lavish garden and swimming pool through the big crystal clear windows. The rooms all have air-conditioning, wooden ceiling, marble floors, and spacious wardrobes with built-in lighting.
Every bedroom is beautifully appointed with a range of beige, black, brown and tan fabrics in an interesting array of textures.
Bathrooms
All bedrooms enjoy full sized private en-suite bathrooms with marble bath tubs and indoor/outdoor showers, decorated with plants to give a natural feeling of bathing in the outdoors under a waterfall. Units are fully-furnished with high-quality materials, all done in a simple clean modern style, with furnished to a first quality. The bathrooms are especially luxurious designed to soothe your soul.
The dining, kitchen & living room
The spacious, luxurious living and dining rooms include grey cream marble, black granite and wooden interior designed by one of the best interior designers on the island. The practical kitchen is superbly appointed with a comprehensive range of up-to-date European appliances including a gas hob, digital stove and oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a spacious cupboard with built-in lighting. In the living room, owners and guests can enjoy watching DVDs on the giant flat screen television. All rooms are air conditioned and have excellent lighting day and night. A giant sliding door that separates the generous dining room from the swimming pool can be slid open to provide more space and fresh air to the dining and living room.

Choose complete privacy, making this unique spacious Villa and private outdoor swimming pool is great for laps, and perfect for lazy dips during the day and even better at night. Whilst the pool-deck area enjoys all day sunlight, an outside shower, overlooking the garden helps to provide additional break from the heat. Only quality materials are used in the construction of your property including local timber, slates and tiles to blend in with the natural environment. Enhancing the swimming pool experience is an outside shower, with views over the surrounding garden, providing a bright and colorful environment during the day, and through extensive creative lighting well into the night.

Bugan Villas have private open-air tropical garden, balconies providing fantastic views, Lotus ponds, spacious wooden deck, and perfect for secluded sunbathing, and Gazebo, steps down into the private swimming pool, private Jacuzzi and to outdoor shower.
Each villa is nestled within a private garden compound that exposes the healthy attributes of outdoor Balinese living. A semi-open outdoor lounge environment integrates with a kitchen, living area and dining area. Tropical outdoor living in this villa was designed to blend modern convenience with elements of traditional Balinese architecture. There is an obvious sensitivity towards the surrounding environment, whilst respecting the rich culture of the island, its fine artistry and Hindu heritage.
